A non-refundable consultation fee of $150 is required to begin the personalized travel planning process. This fee covers our time, expertise, and initial research.
All travel bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators). Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule provided during your consultation.
Cancellation policies vary by supplier. Memories in Luxury is not responsible for supplier penalties. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.
Memories in Luxury acts solely as an agent for travel suppliers and is not liable for their acts, errors, omissions, or negligence. We are not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss incurred during your travel.
